Create events publishing pools

Network-attached storage is a file-level storage architecture that makes stored data more accessible to networked devices.

Steps

  1. Select a storage system that supports PowerMax File.
  2. Select Storage > File.
  3. Select the NAS SERVERS tab.
  4. Select the BACKUP & EVENTS tab.
  5. Select the EVENTS POOL tab.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Type a value for Pool Name.
  8. Type a value for Events Publishing Server and click Add.
  9. Select all events or select one or more events from the list of pre-events, post-events, and post-error-events.
  10. Click OK.
